help with new routine please!

Hi, I have been a regular gym go-er for around 2 years now and I am still fighting to shift that last bit of weight. What I have been doing so far has not been working so I'm looking to mix things up a bit. What I have been doing so far is 2 days a week at the gym doing around 30 mins on treadmill (often about 25 mins running, 5 walking) 15 mins HIIT on the crosstrainer and around 10 mins on the bike, one day a week doing a spinning class at the gym, one day a week doing pole fitness and as much walking as possible (I have a Fitbit).
I am looking to mix things up now in the new year. Basically I am wanting to continue with the running and HIIT, alongside my pole fitness and one spin class a week, but I'm now also wanting to add in some strength work (squats, chin ups etc.) alongside some yoga.
I am absolutely awful at knowing how often I should be doing each thing and what goes well together - my research has met mixed results. I can spend 3-4 days per week at the gym and would be doing the yoga at home. Does anyone have any idea of what my new routine should entail in relation to these things? Gym days are usually Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday, Thursday or Friday and Sunday.
