I have my Fitbit synced. Do the calories burned on my Fitbit transfer to this app or just the steps?

Both the calorie burned and the information on the total steps are transferred. Calories burned incorporates calories from steps, so there is no double counting.
Please note the following:
1. The information recorded by your Fitbit becomes more accurate overtime from the data collected from consistent use of the device.
2. Ensure that you enable, "negative adjustment" for Fitbit.
3. At first be conservative in the use of the calories burned, and adjust based on your progress.
Hope this helps.
