Seven pounds lost in four days while you are ill is mostly water weight and the lack of food in digestive tract. As long as you're recovered from your illness, you don't need to adjust your exercise routine as a result of that weight loss. Most of it will likely come back when you return to normal eating patterns.0

I would slow it down for a week or so give your body time to recover from the illness. Once you start eating properly you are likely to put some of the weight back on.
You don't have to stop exercising completely, if your body is up to it you could do a bit of walking.0 -

You can't -- not in a healthy way -- because most of what you have lost is water and the weight of food in your digestive system. You need water and you need food. You can, however, eventually lose seven pounds of fat by consuming fewer calories than you use. (However, your math seems to be off; the difference between 11 stone 10 and 11 stone 4 is six pounds, not seven -- unless you're saying you've regained a pound since starting to recover.)0 -

Good advice. OP, you will gain some back. Losing 7 pounds when you're sick is not the same as losing 7 pounds of fat when you're not. Just keep eating at a deficit, exercise, but slow it down a bit if you're still feeling sluggish. Listen to your body.0 -
Sorry i was ment to say 11 11 and ok ill eat less cals0

After 4 days of no eating, you might've lost about 2lbs of fat. The rest is fluid loss. You need to rehydrate yourself, do not expect to keep off the whole 7lbs.0
