College Student, 20s - 140(s)lbs to 125lbs goal

Hi everyone!

I'm currently in the process of slimming down from about 144 to 125, a weight that I feel my best at and is in the healthy range for my height (around 5'5"). I'm trying to achieve this in a healthy, sustainable way. I also am interested in strength-training, meditation, and yoga.

I'm beginning this by just logging my calorie intake to become more aware of my habits, and tweak some healthier changes in there. If you have similar goals, please add me as a friend! Let's do this together!
