Healthy snack recipes?

mid morning I usually have raw carrots and raw fennel, that give me something to munch on and increase my fiber intake.
In the afternoon I often have plain low fat yogurt (greek or regular) with a little spoon of jam, or a yogurt+banana/other fruit smoothie, so I get some protein2 -

I do a light coconut vanilla Greek yogurt with a tablespoon of chia seeds. Gets really nice and thick, so it keeps me full.0
