You're eating more than you think. Weigh and track your food meticulously and stay at or under your calorie goal and you will lose weight.

How long have you been counting calories? How are you working out portions (food scale, cups)? Have you also started exercising and for how long?

    Are you weighing EVERYTHING?

QFT...weigh and log everything...and be more specific than 1cup/use specific weight measurements (g/oz etc)

Eating healthy doesn't automatically mean weight loss either.

i got up to 260 pounds 'eating healthy'.

learn to accurately weigh and log your food and eat within your calorie goals.

without an open diary, no one can help you more than that.

buy a food scale. i was making pizza bagels last week and guessed how much cheese i was using. i thought i was eating 400 calories per bagel, but really i was eating 1060. that's 1000 calories under estimated per meal

So much this. I was 275lbs eating healthy vegetarian.

I didn't start losing weight until I weighed my food and counted calories.

I was a healthy eating vegetarian who thought she was watching her calories.

    I wasn't losing weight either.

It wasn't until I became accurate about logging that I started losing weight.

An accurately calculated calorie deficit is all that matters when it comes to weight loss. The most nutritious food in the world can still be overeaten.

You're not giving much information--that's why everyone is asking if you're weighing your food with a digital scale. Healthy food does not at all guarantee weight loss. Too much of a good thing and all that... Start again with your scale and see how it goes for a couple of weeks. Come back then if you're still having trouble.

I am confused by your comment/question. Besides all the good recommendations posted already, the only way to actually see your weight loss is to weigh yourself in a bathroom scale. Are you thinking that just by logging into this database you will see a weight loss? MFP is not that smart.

You will know you are logging correctly when it is pissing off everyone you eat with.
