    Just the motivation I needed today. I'm down 40 lbs from 1 year ago, and each time I come across a success story it helps me to keep going. Thank you for sharing your journey with us.

    That's awesome ! I noticed people keep saying you look like you lost more than 35lbs. That's what happens when you do it right. Scale doesn't say it all, I believe your weight loss plan was a very healthy and right way. Looks like you gained muscles and lost fat mass. Muscles weigh more than fat does, so in my opinion scale says only 35lbs but internally you lost a ton of fat and gained a ton of muscles. Congrats!

    Thanks, everyone! I needed to hear the comments about the muscle versus fat. I'm struggling a bit with putting on muscle more quickly than the fat is disappearing and trying to find a good balance between cardio and strength training. Your comments tell me I must be doing something right though!
