    Yogurt, berries, and bananna. Eggs. Pizza. Oatmeal. Or skip it completely so I can eat more for lunch or dinner.

    Food you like that fits your goals.
    I usually do better if some protein is involved in my breakfast. Stuff like cottage cheese, Greek yogurt, a sandwich, dinner leftovers.

    The best breakfast for fun and taste is probably pie. Have pie for breakfast every now and then.
