French guy looking for results

Hi there,

My name is Ivan, I am from Paris (France), 33 and 2 kids and hopefully, 1 wife.

I would need to loose something like 12-15kg (circa 25lbs I guess) which I've gained the past 8 years or so ... I have always been quite a sport guy but now, I feel more like a potatoe couch so I feel it is time to get back into the game.

It's been 10 days I have started MfP ; they set my calorie goal at 1300cal/day approximately which I tend to consider as enough so far, I don't feel any frustration with that.

10 days => circa 2kg (4lbs) lost so far ; I hope it will continue.

Goal : start jogging on a regular basis and be able to easily achieve a 10km run by October. Loose these 12-15kg by Christmas, do you think it is safely achievable ???

  • Bien sûr que c'est faisable! :D Accroche toi, rajoute plein de gens en amis (même si tu n'as rien à voir avec eux, crois moi, au bout du compte ils te donneront énormément de motivation) et j'espère aussi que tu trouveras un sport qui te plaît! :)
    Moi aussi j'ai attaqué la course, je vise un 10km en septembre :)

    J'en suis a 6 km par jogging maintenant, j'ai utilisé une variante de c25k!
