Shifting stomach weight

Hi all.

I've always struggled to regularly carry out core workouts for my stomach. What is the best workout regime to help lose stomach weight and tone up?

    Fork put-downs and table push-aways.

    Doing workouts for your abs/core will strengthen the muscles, but it won't reduce the fat over them. Spot reduction is a myth, fat is lost through calorie deficit.

    You can't spot reduce fat. There is no workout that will reduce belly fat specifically. When you lose weight it comes from all over. The belly is primary fat stores for most men and many woman as well...primary fat stores are deep and generally the first place you store fat when gaining weight and last to come off in a cut.
