I'm 50 with 50lbs to lose. (191.6lb and hoping to get to 140). I love cooking fresh foods and like this challenge of drastically changing up my eating habits. For exercise I prefer brisk walking (outdoors or treadmill) or playing golf....I am no gym bunny and in honesty don't like gyms. But I will cheer you all the way if you take the more hardcore route. I have serious intention to lose this weigh, feel well motivated and am happy to help to motivate others. So send me a friend reqiest if you think we would make good buddies for this journey
