I've competed for the last 3 years in powerlifting. This year I'm going to take the year off competition and work on my phisique. Currently 96kg down from 98. Doing a high fat low carb diet. Really like this way of eating. Hunger is far more manageable. Pumped to see where this goes. Bw goal initially is to get under 90 which I havnt in ages. With the size and strength there already I should look good. Cals daily about 2800 carbs below 40ish and fats over 200+
