I'm 5'2", 22, and I'm trying to reach my goal weight of 135. I lost 40 lbs 2 years ago and I've maintained since then, but, I want to get the toned body I've longed for. Tomorrow is my rest day (thank goodness) after four days of alternating cardio and strength. I am sore AF! LOL I really want to hang in there and surprise everyone (myself included).
