Graveyard Shifter!

The life of a 3rd shifter isn't easy.
Fitting in workouts and especially eating.
Not eating before going to bed even tho your kinda hungry. It's crazy but it's achievable.

    Ya it's different for sure.
    Just have to adjust to it.
    Just have to get into my routine.
    Once I'm into it I'm usually alright.

    Funny storey. My dad retired and decided he should get a job doing shift work. His first night *kitten* he came home after like two hours. He wanted jn the door were were like omg dad what happened? He was like ya shift work isn't my thing.

    Haha I totally agree! It's not for me either.
    If I could change tomorrow I would. Lol
    33rd shift just isn't natural.

    Finding a balance is hard work, I struggle with it daily.

    I worked graveyards and gained 10kg/22lbs. Never again.
