Hi everyone,
This has been bugging me for a long time - I tend to lose thigh fat at a faster rate than my calf fat - which means that when you look at me standing straight my thigh diameter looks roughly the same as that of my calves (if that makes sense). What muscles to I need to build in order for my thighs/pelvis to look a bit wider than my calves so that my legs don't look so...curve-less?? At the moment it looks like I have insane cankles or swollen calves (maybe not to that extent but I'm self-conscious about it). Any suggestions would be so helpful!!

Increasing calories, but good and useful calories with added protein for muscle growth. Don't lift light. Lift a challenging weight you can maintain for 8 to 12 reps and start slowly upping weight.0
