Hey,
I have successfully lost 22kg's with MFP and am looking to add people who have lost weight or are currently losing it to keep me motivated and also so i can support others with my experiences. I am a mum of 2 living in Syd, Australia. My goal now is to tone up what is left from losing so much in a healthy, easy way without the gym as i don't have the $$ or the time, having two little kids means I'm a 24/7 babysitter. Love some ideas on what you do at home with kids to tone up?

I saw this on Opera once but there was a mother who would use her son as a weight. For instance doing squats with him or a mock bench press. As her son got older she got stronger. Now I don't know how old your children are but hey it might work!0
