Overcoming injury

102 weeks ago, I had a bad fall at work. This week, after 5 months of PT in 2015 and only being able to sleep an average of 5 hours a night til 2016 when I began at a special gym where I regularly go twice a week, in 2017 the massive knot of muscles broke up to my probable new average. Not quite healed but quite tolerable. Strength exercise works! I lost 10 pounds in those 102 weeks without being able to increase the amount of actual exercise due to pain.(But I stood up a few more hours a day and moved more in general). Consistency works and focusing on gaining vegetables rather than losing anything also helped so much.
