Hi all,
I was overweight from about the age of 10 and spent 22 years obese. In April 2015 I decided to ditch the Western Diet and started eating clean and healthy. Subsequently I lost 45lbs in the first 6 months and total of 60 in a year's time. Lifetime I'm down 110lbs-115lbs and feel like a new person.
I finally know what being healthy feels like and I'm in love! I'm inspired to take the next step my journey toward living a healthy lifestyle and really see what being fit feels like!
Looking forward to reading everyone's stories and hope to learn some things along the way.
