Egg Yolks

So this is probably a strange question but I've been wondering something to all you folks who use only egg whites for a lot of thing - what exactly do you do with the yolks once you've separated them? Do you just buy preseperated egg whites or is there something you like to use them for afterwards I've just... been wondering about that because I see egg white a lot in people's food diary's and while I assume the former I've found just egg whites kind of difficult to find in the market around here at least.

When I'm planning to only eat/use the whites, I buy a carton of eggs whites. Separating them myself grosses me out, plus I don't like the thought of wasting the yolks.

When I want a bit more protein but a few less calories in my scrambled eggs, I feed the yolk to my dog, but I rarely do that because egg yolks are delicious.

I used to buy egg whites in cartons, but decided to use whole eggs as I would prefer free range over caged eggs. The yolks get chucked if we don't use them - I know people who feed them to their dogs, you could also use one or two for Mayo if you make your own.

In the US we found free range/organic whites, but that option isn't available in Australia - I'm guessing they use the reject cage eggs! The consistency of the whites was also terrible...like Watery snot!

I just eat whole eggs. The yolks are where all the vitamins, minerals, and omega-3's are. The whites, in my opinion, are pretty worthless unless you're making a meringue or something.

I eat whole eggs but if I'm making a quiche or fritatta I might bulk it with some extra whites. I either buy them in a carton, or I use the yolks in other cooking or put them on the dog's dinner if I don't have another use. He loves them.
