If feels damn good, lol. I've pretty much have done everything that can be done to lose weight. All of them worked, but I didn't. I'd lose weight, get in shape, look good, stop caring, and go back to where I was.

I'm pretty sure this time things will be different, cause of this app. Being able to track down your progress to your last calorie is just encouraging and energizing. In the last 7 days I've been able to eat a little bit of everything that I like and still hit my goals. Now I know how every bite I get affects me, and I'm able to use that to my advantage. The app links to my apple so takes into consideration my exercise routine too.

I have never been so motivated to hit all my numbers, cause when you do, next morning you see the results in the mirror. No more starve myself to death to be in shape.
