Flexability!

Hello everyone!
So i've always wanted to improve my flexibility however, i keep getting off track. I really want to try and do the splits!
So ive started fresh from today!
I'll be doing a ton of stretches everyday before my workouts at the gym and post my progress every 8 weeks!
Anyone else up for a little flexibility challenge!?

    What sort of things are you doing daily? I walked everyday over summer, gained most of weight I lost back. Feel terrible, not flexible. A good starting place?

    Me! I was getting really close to the splits before the holidays, then I went on vacation and lost all the good ground I had made. :( I need to get back to stretching.
