today i have eaten 1469 calories and burned 733 calories should i eat some back
my weight is 81.6kgs and 150cm in height and adult female.
i also exercise nearly everyday 50 minutes or more

Yes, if you have accurately recorded the calories you already have eaten. Eating 50% of exercise cals gives some leeway for over estimation of calorie burn and also logging inaccuracies.0

yes,50-75% is what is usually recommended.it depends on how hungry you feel as well i guess.1
