What's you're favorite protein shaker cup? Mine's currently a 700 ml Powerade bottle with a ball. Any suggestions on a cup that makes a nice frothy shake?

    i'm not fussy so long as it has that little finger hook built into the clip-tab. i'm good for shakers right now but when it comes time to replace i'll be spending the extra to make sure it's got that.

    If you want a frothy shake, I recommend a blender.

    I have 9 different cups from different brands. Nothing different from one to the next other than the shape. They all do the same thing.

    If you want frothy. Use some whole fat milk or cream and throw it in a blender
