I can't make up my mind about what diet I should follow... There seem to be good and bad things about all of them but what I need is a diet that'll keep my energy level high, has enough protein and wont mess to much with my current weight but would help me become stronger

So far zone looks promising but has anyone here tried zone, paleo and keto wile doing hard-core training and can tell me which one turned out to be the best for you?

Keto is more about your macros. I do keto and primal at the same time. It's like paleo but it includes dairy. I just skip most of the carby foods.

I know of people doing lifting, bulking, maintaining, losing. Whatever. It can all work. BUT many notice a slight dip in energy during the first month or so on keto. It passes once you are fat adapted (meaning your body PREFERS fat for fuel for most things) but not everyone is willing to wait it out.

I just eat plenty of protein and sufficient fat and then hit my calorie goal. I don't follow a named plan. I suggest you do the same. Figure out what mix of macros works for you and go with it.

then eat at maintenance level, keep protein high, and get on a structured lifting program ...

What he said. I pretty much just keep to my calorie count (I should be better with macros though) and it has worked for me so far (42lbs).
