I have been a come and go member of My Fitness Pal for some time, however I haven't been able to get myself locked into my changes to continue forward with my weight loss goals. Are there any others who have had this problem too? Any suggestions to make the transition to healthier choices easier with a really busy schedule would be welcome. Thank you!
