Starting Back up after gaining most back!

Figured I would start off with my progress pic from 3 years ago.

I lost a good amount of weight back in 2012-3 and after getting married/having two kids I was back up to 250 in November and December. As of right now I am down to 233 and am looking to finally hit 195 this summer.

Calorie counting and working out (but mostly calorie counting) is how I did it and how I will be doing it again!

Also started up a running group in the town I live in Recently and am looking to not be the heavy guy out there but one of the faster ones!
