Begin Again

I am starting over. I had left knee replacement on 12/16. I was always in too much pain to stick to any work out plan. Now I can only do certain exercises and walk. I hope to add a few hundred extra steps per week.
I am also pre-diabetic. Does any one have any experience with either? I would appreciate advice.

Welcome back! I don't really have any advice on either...(never officially diagnosed with either although I do have knee pain and carried a lot of extra lbs). I was just going to say don't let a lack of ability to exercise hard hold you back! Many of us have lost a lot of weight with zero additional activity. Eating within your calories, weighing and measuring your food is what will be your biggest help with losing weight (if that is one of your goals).0
