And I use to think black coffee was terrible until I realized I was using about 300 calories of creamer per day. Two years later I prefer it black. Creamer is for a special treat only.
Non dairy creamer is like 10 calories a teaspoon.
And 2 tsp of flavored creamer is 70 calories. x4 cups of coffee = 280c.0 -
Huh. The entry for a 10 oz Keurig is 0 calories. I know because it's what I drink at work and at home. So I'm off by 5 a cup? 15 a day won't kill me.1

Usda 14180 - Coffee, Brewed, Breakfast Blend, Black, 8 ounces = 8 calories according to the USDA website. My cups are 16 ounces so 16 calories per cup for me. Different brews different calories?0

You're testing our friendship here budI live on black coffee
It's the only thing that gets me through my insane work hours!!!!
As for calorie content - so few that I don't bother logging it, I probably burn more in the act of pacing around making the coffee!!1
