Fat Don't Crack!

I'm pretty fabulous even though I'm way too fat! LOL! But now it's getting to be uncomfortable. So baby steps, I'm just going to start tracking my food here. I don't really know how many carbs and protiens I'm supposed to eat in a day. I also want super simple meal recipes. So if you have info please share! Thanks, Gina

    It's calories for weight loss. Macros (protein, fat & carbs) help you stay full, fuel fitness goals, or are for health reasons.

    Skinny Taste & Cooking Light have great light recipes. Batch cook on the weekends and stash servings in the freezer for lunch.
