I just did 2 set of 12 sit ups but it doesn't go into Cardiovascular
it only goes into Strength Training..?
I'm new to this ?

I recently learned about this myself. Strength Training exercises don't automatically affect your calories/net calories because there are too many outside factors involved in how many calories you lose. The app/site simply doesn't have the info to give you an accurate estimate.
Cardio exercises are more predictable, so they will get factored into your net calories.
For a general estimate, go to cardio and you can search for the exercise literally named "strength training" and enter the number of minutes you spent working out. This will give you a rough estimate. Just be aware it could be off by a significant amount.0
