you just have to muscle through it until it becomes habitual. early morning workouts are the best.

5am? Are we sleeping in? I live in the south and in the summer to beat the heat I'd go ride my horse before my 7am job. This meant getting up at 2:45, leaving the house at 3:30, getting to the barn at 4:00 and being tacked up and on my horse by 4:30. Off at 5:30, everything put away and on the road by 6:15 and I'd be at work ready to tidy up and change into nicer clothes 15 minutes before I was due.
Don't get me wrong, I'm super grateful to be riding in the afternoons again but having to run a schedule like that set me up to be on track for the day. I kind of miss it...1 -
Up at 2:50am and at the gym by 3:10 Monday through Friday. I've been doing it long enough now (5 years) that I wake up pretty close to 3am daily...whether I want to or not...like on weekends0
