Have anyone tried the trim turf tea? I lost 2 pounds so far but I wonder if anyone else had any results from it

Detoxes are just a scam. I'm sorry you wasted your money. Hope you don't do any lasting damage with the laxatives. Have you considered just using MFP and counting calories? It really works better than any poop tea will.

the only thing you are cleansing is your wallet of money ...

You're just throwing your money away for some poopy tea.

Eat less, move more. It's all about calories in, calories out.

Not sure why they even list it as a "fat burner", unless it's because of the green teaty6j2l3hlqb8.png

It's not a cleanse, it's laxative abuse. If you wouldn't go and buy laxatives and take them when you don't need them, just so you lose water weight by irritating your gastric system, then don't drink the 'cleanse' tea. If you *would* go buy laxatives to do the same, you may need to speak to someone about that.

I need to take laxatives sometimes. It sucks and I'm always afraid of becoming dependent. Do not start.

I'm not trying to be mean, but I have a coworker who really wants to lose weight. She's brought weight loss teas into the office...assorted diet pills, and now she's chugging some sort of weird veggie cleanse every day.

She mentions the fact that I succeeded in losing weight, but when I try explaining about simply cutting calories she shuts down.

All this to say...they simply don't work. None of it does. Eat a little less. Move a little more. You'll get it done.

Check out this video. It's pretty good. This type of information was a light bulb moment for me.

Meh. If tea worked, then we British would be superslinky, instead of the nation of lardbuckets we are.

Interesting. It's just regular tea, with no added caffeine (boasts less caffeine than coffee! Most fat burner scams jack the caffeine through the roof!), no diuretics, laxatives, or anything. With the label "fat burner" slapped on it and sold as an mlm. Does the person who gave it to you also sell it? Or are they pushing it for a friend? If so, practice polite ways to say "no" for when the sales pitches start coming. It's just tea. Does absolutely nothing. No fat burning, no detoxing, nothing.
