Hi all,
I'm just excited about something I did today.
I was inspired by my new FitBit Zip. I've made a spreadsheet so I can track my daily deficits and have put a lot of formulas in there so I know how much I am supposed to lose and what not. Just thought I'd share
Here's a screenshot because I can't upload files.
