Hi all,

I'm just excited about something I did today.

I was inspired by my new FitBit Zip. I've made a spreadsheet so I can track my daily deficits and have put a lot of formulas in there so I know how much I am supposed to lose and what not. Just thought I'd share :)

Here's a screenshot because I can't upload files.

I'm happy to send it to anyone!
  • I love this!! I don't have a FitBit so what would be the best way for me to find out how many calories I've used up?

Mycolemullins, I'd recommend putting in your TDEE plus any exercise you do.

If you'd like me to send it just inbox me your email :-)
