I was wondering if any of you may have some insight into this....no matter which energy bars I try, whether RxBars or Julian's Bakery paleo protein (both of which are technically paleo), I feel this uncomfortable low-grade nausea for a couple of hours after. I've looked at the ingredients, and none of them seem like they should be triggering that reaction. I feel similarly when I eat soft cheese. Any suggestions?

Do any of them contain lactose? As soft cheese is high in lactose and nausea could be a symptom of intolerance.0

No, I checked for that. Any other potential allergens though? Maybe monk fruit?

the problem could also be in the pre or probiotic, but beyond that if they bother you then it's best not to eat them.0
