Hello there. My name is Jennifer. From NYC. I've been on and off this app... always falling off the ban wagon. This year I decided to no longer deprive myself of the foods I love so I decided to calorie count my way through the day... today is day 15 and I am down 7.4lbs. I stick to 1,200 calorie a day.. it's going great. Went back to the gym and I do a lot of cardio. This is the first time I am ever counting calories and at the same time I am eating all the foods I love. Tonight for dessert I had a piece of Danish. Was delicious and I stayed under my calorie goal. I love losing weight and eating what I want. It's all in moderation. I used to consume close to 3000 calories easy... in one day... I didn't care... I always baked and ate my baked goods lol. I am giving myself exactly 6 months from today to lose 43 more pounds... please add me as a friend. I love motivation and will help motivate you as well!
