New Scale..should I restart?
I just bought a digital scale to replace the old spring scale I have been using. It shows a higher weight, but I think it is closer to my real weight. I know I have lost the pounds, but if I enter the new accurate weight, it will appear as a gain...depressing and it looks terrible for my progress. Any way to go back and "correct" what my starting weight should have been?
