Thought it would be good to focus on the good things to distract from discouragement..
I've been cutting back for 10 days now and I haven't seen anything but 10 days ago I would easily drink 1L of soft drink and eat packets full of sweets. My portions we're probably 3x what I have now and I haven't fallen . So that's 1 big thing for me as it's always been my weakness.
What are some of your achievements in your journey? Be good to hear from everyone

That, even when I lack motivation, I still have the drive and habit of going to the gym every single day and making the most of it anyway. I've come so far.

That since the 1st of Jan I've exercised every day! Stayed in the green AND been able to say no to very indulgent treats!

Well done. Me too.... I think if I miss one day I won't follow through and be harder to start again

At more than 200 pounds I can run, do real pushups and manage my calories around social situations, but most of all that I was finally able to break the guilt cycle, hard as it was. I can proudly say with 100% confidence that I finally do not feel guilty when I overeat and just put the strategies I learned to use to counteract that when needed without feeling overwhelmed.

Since the start of the year I've shown better control around food because mindless eating is keeping me away from my goal. I've been stuck in plateau since November (77 kgs) i think i broke it yesterday- I've lost 1 kg but I still have to deal with my birthday on Saturday- birthday weekend is what I'm dreading right now lol.
