Didn't do great today

I had all these grand intentions to go to a fitness class and then a long walk afterwards.

Instead I went to Goodwill and my wallet was stolen or picked up by someone with good intentions and then misplaced. (The store is reviewing the tapes.)

My roommate and I bought pizza on the way back and then my other roommate showed up with ice cream.

Ultimately I had 5 slices of pizza and what would probably add up to 3 scoops of ice cream.

I haven't input it all yet.... I was scared to.

I went to add more to the vicious red numbers and saw that a new day is up.

Instantly felt better when I saw the fresh green numbers.

  • Was doing well today until I got home and ate a slice of pizza and animal style fries.. and part of a cheeseburger. I have been trying to get back on track for a while but always end up screwing up. Don't know what to do anymore :(

    Don't worry if you go in to the red!
    Don't let it dishearten you! You're still managing your calories even if you go over! And like you say today is a new day with nice fresh green points!
    And today you can prove you can stay in the green! It's a hard journey to lose weight so be kind to yourself on the days you struggle!

    If I had my wallet stolen I would of ate a whole
    Pizza and Ice cream to myself!

    I always eat and do a workout at night to get me into the green but I'm so achey I couldn't even move yesterday so I just had to stay in the red!

    Keep up the hard work!
