    As a certified health coach and personal trainer, I have access to a wealth of information and programs. I decided to create a MFP group so I could share that information and help as many people as possible on their health journey. I still have 75 pounds to lose so I could use the support and accountability and I know many of you need it as well. I am on this journey right along with you!!! I know all too well the struggles and heartaches involved with losing weight. I really have found success in Building Daily Healthy Habits! This is all for free of course! But it will help me gain experience and confidence while I am losing my own extra weight.
