Hey guys, I'm Kelly.
I was once very active on MFP - and would attribute it to the success of my second wave of weight loss. I always lose in huge waves and then maintain the loss for a while to let my body adjust. So far it has been in ~50 pound intervals. I decided to run a half marathon in May 2016, and the amount of food you need to eat to stay alive/sane during training is so crazy. For that reason, I maintained my weight during this phase but gained a ton of muscle and lost a lot in size. That blew my mind, I didn't realize that the same weight could look so different on a person. Anyway, I ended up with a few long-term injuries from my half marathon that I've been slowly recovering from, but I finally feel healthy enough to get back at it.
I'd really love some support in losing these last 50 pounds. From what I've read and researched, it's probably going to be the hardest pounds I've lost so far. So ADD ME and let's get this sucker done!
