So this is my third time writing on this f*cking thing. So I'm currently annoyed because I wrote a paragraph only to have it go away. My name is Angelika. I am looking to eat better on a low budget and do simple exercises to get me through the winter till spring when I can run again. I love to run and used to 2 years ago daily for 4 months. I am currently working on quitting smoking. I weigh in at 156 pounds as of a month ago and probably gained since and most certainly not happy. Any feedback, comments, suggestions, support or tips would be much appreciated. Thanks for reading!

    * note; I ate fairly well yesterday, and have a horrible habit of eating before bed :( polished off a half a bag of Doritos ugh fml how can I curb hungry feelings after dinner? I too also smoke tree recreationally which I will never quit, and that only makes me hungry later on at night.

    I can relate to you.
This is my third go around as well. I just want to lose a little and tone up but having trouble getting motivated to get toned up. I also could sit and polish off a half a bag of Doritos and with me working from home it makes it even harder to resist.
I have faith you will make it happen. Log everything you eat because that will help you to see what some of these foods will cost you in calories.
Add me as a friend if you like and I will try to help keep you motivated.

I've been trying to keep my weight at my goal for the past 10 years. I used to be so much more active in high school when life was simple. I know I can probably never get back to the weight I was in high school but I would like to get close to at as possible. I do my best to get a good workout in daily but I love carbs and junk food too much. Sad but it's the truth...I can polish off a whole pot of chicken Alfredo and a bag of Ruffles cheddar chips before bed as well. I log everything I eat every day and yet I still somehow can eat more....

So let's do this together and log our process...So feel free to add me!
