I really thought I had a bad couple of weeks....

2 weeks not weighing myself, heart not in it, not tracking everything and I went over a few times.
That said I was still doing more than I used too, walking to the station, I didn't eat 'awfully' I did have a couple of takeaways but no crisps/sweets/junk etc.
I didn't weigh myself for 2 weeks so I was thinking maybe I've dropped a lb or two if I was lucky, just praying I didn't go up.
Lost 5.5lbs and now I've lost 25lbs in total. For me that's great! I feel renewed and I'm back in the game so to speak
