Lean protein ideas?

I'm still needing to incorporate more protein in my diet. Any suggestions? Not a vegetarian but I don't eat red meat very often. I was thinking about some boiled eggs and Sriracha sauce, or some fresh mozzarella and tomatoes for a caprese salad. What do you enjoy?

Here's a pretty good list. Obviously, there are additional sources, but it's a good start.

I have found that slipping liquid egg whites into my smoothies has given me a boost, they are flavourless for the most part and help me boost my protein intake by 14-28g per day. I also had some PB2 kicking around in my cupboard and started adding it to protein shakes. There are 5g protein in 2 tbsp and only 1.5g fat (45 cal). I had to bite the bullet and started added a scoop of Vega protein powder to my shakes in the morning (21g protein). Silken tofu is also a good protein booster to make a "cream" soup with, or sauces. It can also be added to shakes/smoothies for a thicker, creamier flavour.

Greek yogurt is a superfood in my opinion. Add stevia and fruit. 20 grams of protein for 160 cals. That pretty impressive.

And of course good ole chicken breast.

I have a regular light yogurt daily and Greek yogurt as a snack every so often. Sounds like I should change that around!

I like the idea of adding egg whites to things as a protein booster, too.

Frozen tuna steaks are on our menu tonight. Since they've been frozen, we don't eat them rare but they are still good.

We eat alot of ground chicken breast. We eat it with cajun seasoning, make taco meat, chicken chili, mix it with zucchini noodles, good in scrambled eggs with onions and peppers and cajun seasoning, meatloaf.
