Hi my name is Debi O., I've been MIA 4 quite awhile, but bk again as of today. I'm taking a lifestyle change class at my church with my husband, The Daniel Plan. We attended our 1st class last evening, which included a very eady 15min exercise portion as well! Today I know just how badly out of shape I am physically! Lol! Anyway, I'm back to keep track of food, liquid intake and my exercise times/choices. Take care of yiu today!
