Anyone who needs some support, please add me! My diary is open. I eat nothing special but just in case it helps. Been off for six months but I'm back and motivated and somehow managed to keep the weight off. Not exercising (this week due to "lady reasons" but I use a pedometer although I don't exercise much either way. I'm a snacker as well so my diary is mostly small little meals. Doesn't matter who you are or what your goals are, feel free to add me.
