Hey anyone in the Washington DC area who has at least a 50lbs + weight loss goal?

    Hi, I am Cat in NOVA and have about 45 to lose to get to a decent weight but not my ideal weight. I am just being realistic. I do not ever think I will see 125 again so I will settle for 165 at age 56. Unfortunately, I am only 5'2".
    i am struggling. i just started back and have not lost an ounce since 27 DEC. I am really looking carefully at my calorie logging. I also added in some cardio. Cat
