58kg/127lbs 5'4" - How much should I be eating?

Hi all

Just a general question about calorie intake. I've started back at the gym and tend to go around 4-5 times per week. For example today I did a spin class, abs class and 2hr yoga. I'm confused how much I should be eating as I seem to be perpetually hungry!

    What is your goal? You're already at a healthy weight, so anything you want to lose will equate to a small deficit.

    My goal really is to lose around 7lb but to lose body fat % as although my BMI is healthy, my body fat % is high. It's just confusing and I feel like I'm eating loads!
