Help! Need Ideas to Break Through a Plateau

I have hit a plateau and it is frustrating the heck out of me. I have been stuck for almost two months. I just cannot seem to get to my goal weight. I cannot lose the last 5 or 6 pounds. I expected my weight loss to slow or stall some but two months is longer than I expected. Any ideas to get the scale moving again? I have tried adding extra work outs and more variety to my workouts. I have tried increasing my protein and fiber consumption while decreasing carbs and sugar. Any other ideas would be much appreciated!
