I've been on MFP for awhile but this is my first post in the message boards.

I just downloaded the C25k app on my phone.
Has anyone else started this? Thought about starting it?

I'm looking for friends to add since the two friends I did have don'y use MFP any more.

    Hi there! Just sent you a friend request.

    My sister and I are planning on starting C25K in the near future (I roped her into trying it with me). Never been much of a runner, but always wanted to be, so hoping it can start me off on the right track and keep me going! Would love to have more people to share that experience with.
