Keto/Low Carb Protein Shake

I was looking into meal replacements such as Huel or Solyent and I decided to try make one myself.
50g Chocolate protein whey.
15g coconut oil
10g psyllium husk
1 multivitamin
1 cod liver oil tablet.
1 tbs of whipping cream
300ml water

Macros:
Protein 38g
Carb 23g (of whichs 19g are fibre)
20g Fat
Plus daily allowance of Vitamins A, B, C, Iron and calcium.
